Terms and Conditions 365win — Platform Usage Rules in Brazil

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms below have the following meanings:

2 Eligibility

To create an account and use the services of 365win, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be Valid CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal do Brasil), solely in your name.
• Be a resident of Brazil at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Not be subject to an active self-exclusion period at 365win or at any partner betting platform.
• Not be an employee, service provider, first-degree relative, or partner of 365win or any of its partner game providers.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.

3 Registration & Account

Registration at 365win is free, personal, and non-transferable. Each user may hold only one active account on the platform — creating additional accounts using the same CPF, email, phone number, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 365win may request that you update or confirm your registration details at any time, particularly before processing high-value withdrawals. Incorrect or outdated information may result in delays or a temporary withdrawal hold until the issue is resolved.

You are fully responsible for the security of your access credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Never share your password with anyone, including 365win support staff, who will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support via chat.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is a legal and security requirement that protects both you and the integrity of the platform. The process is completed once and unlocks all future withdrawals without the need for re-verification, unless significant account changes are made.

To complete KYC verification, you will need to submit the following documents as clear scans or photos:

• Government-issued photo ID: national ID card (RG), driver's license (CNH, front and back), or valid passport.
• Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days: water, electricity, gas, landline, or credit card bill in your name.
• For certain high-value financial transactions, proof of income documentation may be requested.

The review period is up to 24 business hours after the complete submission of documents. Documents that are illegible, partially obscured, expired, or inconsistent with the registered account details will be rejected and must be resubmitted.

5 Deposits

The 365win accepts the following deposit methods, all available in Brazilian reais (R$):

• Pix — preferred method, instant credit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays.
• Boleto bancário — cleared within up to 3 business days after payment.
• Credit & Debit Card — Visa and Mastercard; immediate credit for debit cards and up to 2 hours for credit cards.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — credited within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
• TED Transfer — from any Brazilian bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter, C6, and others), settled same business day or the next.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional compliance review. 365win charges no fees on deposits — the full deposited amount is credited to your balance.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 365win are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted, even for family members, spouses, or legal guardians.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for users with approved KYC in good standing. The standard processing time after a request is under 1 minute for Pix and 24 hours for TED transfer.

Conditions that may delay withdrawal processing:

• Pending KYC or incomplete documentation.
• Bonus balance not yet converted to real balance (rollover not completed).
• Withdrawal request on an account under review for suspected fraudulent activity.
• Mismatch between the registered bank details and the user's identification information.
• Recent deposit via boleto still within the bank clearing period.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

The 365win periodically offers welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, free bets, and other promotions for new and active users. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the platform prior to activation.

General rules that apply to all 365win bonuses, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the winnings generated from the use of the bonus are available for withdrawal once the rollover has been met.
• The standard rollover is 3× the bonus amount on valid bets. Example: a BRL 100.00 bonus requires BRL 300.00 in bets before winnings can be released.
• Bets on the following markets count in full toward the rollover: slots, live casino, Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Opposing bets on the same match (hedged bets) do not count toward the rollover and may result in the bonus being voided.
• The standard deadline to meet the rollover requirement is 30 days from activation. Unused bonuses after this period expire automatically.
• Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only. Accounts created with the intent of repeatedly collecting bonuses will be closed.

8 Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section of 365win covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sudamericana, the Brazilian national team, and state championships), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other sports.

General sports betting rules at 365win:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation, except under the specific conditions of the Cash Out feature, where available.
• Obvious pricing errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical glitch or human error) may be voided by 365win, with the wagered amount returned to the user's balance.
• If a match is postponed, bets remain valid for up to 24 hours. If the match does not take place within that window, the wagered amount is refunded.
• In the event of abandonment or definitive cancellation of a match with fewer than 90 minutes played (for football), bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• Outcomes based on protests, technical reviews, or administrative decisions made after the match has ended do not change the result recorded by 365win at the final whistle.
• The maximum payout limit per single bet is R$ 500,000.00. Parlay bets are subject to specific limits described in the betting section of the platform.

9 Casino, Slots & Crash Games

All casino games, slots, and crash games available on the 365win are provided by suppliers certified by independent laboratories — including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI — and use random number generators (RNG) that are regularly audited to ensure fair, tamper-proof results.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is disclosed on its respective game page. RTP is a long-term statistical indicator calculated over millions of spins — it does not represent a guarantee of returns in individual or short-term sessions.

General casino and slots rules at 365win:

• Technical failures during a gaming session (connection drops, server errors) are logged by the system. The round state is preserved and automatically restored on your next login.
• Free spins awarded as a bonus have a fixed bet value per spin as defined in the corresponding offer and are subject to the rollover requirements of that promotion.
• The bonus buy feature (buy feature) uses real balance by default. Check before using whether you want to spend real or bonus balance.
• Progressive jackpots are paid to the winning user as real balance, with no additional rollover restrictions.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are expressly prohibited on the 365win and may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, as well as blocking of pending withdrawals:

• Creating more than one account on the platform (duplicate accounts).
• Using third-party personal data — CPF, email, banking details — for registration or identity verification.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool to place automated bets without genuine human interaction.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an undue financial advantage. Any winnings obtained this way will be cancelled and returned to the platform balance.
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (bonus arbitrage abuse).
• Depositing funds obtained from unlawful activity, in violation of Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus rollover requirements through hedged bets or low-risk strategies designed solely to formally satisfy the requirement without genuine risk exposure.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — reselling credits, unauthorized commercial activity, or any other use not provided for in these Terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

The 365win believes that betting and casino are forms of entertainment — not financial strategies, not income sources, and not solutions to debt. Our commitment to responsible gambling is reflected in concrete tools available to all users:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits directly in your account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases only after a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss limits: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period, and the platform will block new bets once that limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or 5 years. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen period. Once it ends, the user must actively confirm they wish to reactivate access.
• Gaming break: session breaks from 30 minutes to 24 hours, with no need to close your account.
• Game history: access your full history of bets, deposits, withdrawals, and session time to monitor your gaming activity.

12 Privacy & Data Protection (LGPD)

The 365win processes users' personal data in full compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Data collected during registration and use of the platform is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

As a user, you have the following rights guaranteed by the LGPD regarding your personal data:

• Confirm the existence of data processing and access the personal data 365win holds about you.
• Request correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed in violation of the law.
• Request portability of your data to another service provider.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

13 Limitation of Liability

The 365win makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from temporary technical outages or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses caused by events beyond the platform's control, including the user's internet failures, issues with the user's device, or payment service outages.
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information obtained outside the platform.
• Outcomes of games of chance, which are determined by luck and/or skill and not by any guarantee of financial return.

365win's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

14 Account Suspension and Closure

The 365win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same user.
• Suspected money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Express request by the account holder.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 365win will review the available account balance. Funds deposited through legitimate means that are not tied to a bonus or to the conduct that led to the closure will be returned to the account holder after the review is complete, within 15 business days. Unconverted bonus balances are cancelled with no refund.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through live chat support. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive balance will have the remaining funds returned via Pix within 3 business days.

15 Changes to These Terms

The 365win may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Whenever relevant changes are made, you will be notified via your registered email and/or through a prominent notice on the platform with at least 7 days' notice before the new conditions take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you may close your account before the effective date as described in Section 14.

The most recent version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the last updated date displayed at the top of the document. We recommend reviewing it periodically to stay informed about the conditions of use of 365win.

16 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the applicable betting legislation in Brazil.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through 365win, the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP are elected as the competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
